«Security» is Thelma Buabeng’s stand-up comedy series. The title comes from her time in the ensemble of the Schauspielhaus Zurich and is based on a fictional security team that appears in racist situations - a kind of imagined large-scale operation of a special unit against discrimination. Anyone who feels threatened by racism can simply call «Security!» Together with the musician Celina Bostic, Thelma rocks the Tojo stage with political comedy and with the matching songs.

Thelma Buabeng is also guest at auawirleben with her YouTube series Tell Me Nothing From The Horse.

Thelma Buabeng, born in Ghana in 1981, attended acting school at Cologne's Der Keller theatre and completed her acting training at the Berlin Filmschauspielschule in 2009. She started her career with appearances in television and cinema films. As of 2016, she has performed at the Maxim Gorki Theater Berlin, the Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz, the Berliner Ensemble, the Schauspielhaus Bochum, the Thalia Theater Hamburg and the Schauspielhaus Zürich.
